Complaints

Complaints about the implementation and/or amount of remuneration may be submitted to the board of Stichting OPR.

If you have a complaint about Stichting OPR and/or the (administrative) work it has carried out, please send an email to info@stichtingopr.nl. In case you prefer to send a letter, address it to:

Include in your email or letter:

  • your name and address details;
  • a clear description of your complaint
  • any documents to support or substantiate your complaint;

Stichting OPR will send a receipt confirmation of your complaint within a week after reception.
Stichting OPR aims to process your complaint within six weeks.
